Terms & Conditions

WebEasy is a web creation and digital marketing company operating primarily in Israel. These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions made through webeasyisrael.com.

WebEasy offers: professional website creation, monthly website maintenance, social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Google), local SEO (Google Maps, Google Business), and any digital marketing service agreed upon by quote.

An order is final upon receipt of payment. The client confirms their order by completing payment through our secure payment platform. A confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of payment.

Prices are in Israeli Shekels (ILS) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment for website packs is due at order. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bit.

Delivery times are estimates. WebEasy commits to delivering websites within 7–14 business days from payment confirmation and receipt of all required content. Delays caused by the client in providing content will automatically extend the delivery timeline.

Clients have 14 days from payment to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided work has not begun. Once work has started with the client's agreement, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.

Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights over the completed website. WebEasy retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with one month's notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.

WebEasy is not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue. Liability is limited to amounts paid by the client in the previous 3 months.

Personal data collected at checkout is processed per our Privacy Policy and never sold to third parties. Contact contact@webeasyisrael.com to exercise your data rights.

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible, otherwise before the competent courts of WebEasy's registered office.
